Shooting Stars’ position at the just concluded Nigeria Professional Football League 2021/22 season may have worried the club fans, supporters and stakeholders but the gain they had were to have survived the drop at the last day of the season.
However, Gbenga Ogunbote believes the stakeholders’ support will be crucial as the team resume camp today in preparation for the new season.
OyoSportsNews gathered that 3SC players are expected to resume camp today and take part at ValueJet Preseason Tournament slated for Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Ogun State from August 24th to September 3rd.
The ‘Oracle’ as fondly called in Nigeria football believed supports from fans, supporters, government, stakeholders and the media will push the club forward in the coming season.
“We can’t clap with one hand, it has to be two. This cannot be done alone, we all must do our part and understand where we fall and make corrections -and- anytime we succeed, we must access our steps and do more.” He concluded.
