Emmanuel Lucky has said his goodbyes to the Shooting Stars faithful ahead new season.
The striker leaves after four months [April 1st – July 2022], being signed by former head coach Edith Olumide Agoye at mid season of the Nigeria Professional Football League 2021/22.
He joined from Mighty Jet of Jos and made 18 appearances for the Oluyole Warriors, with five goals and two assists. A strong and imposing presence in the final third, he was a fine finisher, robust player who specialized in breaking up counterattacks and recycling possession.
Ahead of his next move, Emmanuel Lucky announced Saturday morning that he would be leaving the Oluyole Warriors and has already bid farewell to home supporters of Shooting Stars. He also applauded the state government under Engr Seyi Makinde, Shooting Stars management and Coaches.
“It’s a great privilege to have played for this wonderful club and I will forever be grateful for that. I also want to thank the government of oyo state, the management, the coaches and the fans for there wonderful support. Through thick and thin, you guys when there. Thank you so much, I wish 3SC the very best”.
