The general manager of Crown FC, Ogbomoso Mr Oyekunle Oyeleye, has advised the graduating students of Owode Community Grammar, Ogbomoso to be watchful of their character no matter their educational attainment.
Oyeleye who gave this charge during thia year valedictory service and 2021/2022 graduation ceremony told graduands that education without good character was vanity.
“Character is like a tree and reputation like a shadow. The shadow is what we think of it why the tree is the real thing.” He begins.”
In life, nobody can amount to any reasonable thing without a good character. In fact, character is quite different from education though education polishes someone if it is pursued to a great and logical end, above it all character will earn you what your influence, affluence and confidence can’t earn you. What your religion and denomination cannot earn you Character will do.
“You must always be seen as someone of high character and training as an individual. So I’m charging you to go on to pursue your career in further education and vocation take along a very good character and be honest in whatever capacity you find your self.”

Aside Engineering, Medical sciences, humanity, social sciences are very good but Sports is equally one area I urge to consider for your future for those who has interest in it.”
